Mindfulness for Wellness and Stress Management, post Mindfulness 8 week course

A two hour class. Each Thursday a different theme is chosen, Led mindful meditation and
movement as well as poems and quotes that inspire you to cultivate presence and
friendliness towards a particular aspect of our life. Open to all
who have attended a full 8 week Mindfulness course whether Mindfulness is an integral aspect of your life or you would like to re-kindle your interest in it
